Approximately 5,270 acres used as winter grazing. The ranch has good perimeter fencing along with cross fences which create 4 separate pastures. Access is by two County Roads, Munjar Road on the west and Rock Creek Road on the east which gives the property two separate access points. Four seasonal creeks provide livestock water after the start of the fall rains. Several year round springs can be developed for stock watering. Additional stock water is provided by three wells with pumps. Additional water is provided at the lower end of the ranch by a year around reservoir and an open ditch diversion running through the property to neighboring ranches. The perimeter fencing is in good condition. Three livestock wells with pumps and concrete troughs plus a year around reservoir provide livestock water during the dry months. There is a former AG well with a 50 HP pump located in the SE corner of the ranch which is currently not being used for flood irrigation. Portable cattle corals are currently provided by cattle tenant.
